This Agreement is between you and Infinity Trading Hub Network Limited Ltd. (“Infinity Trading Hub”) and is dated as of the date you enrolled in the C1 Store, Infinity Trading Hub’s Customer Portal. By becoming a Customer with Infinity Trading Hub and enjoying the advantages of the Customer Portal, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below. CONSENT: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY Infinity Trading Hub. You acknowledge that this Customer Agreement are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such consideration includes your use of the Site and receipt of data, materials and information available at or through the Site, the possibility of our use or display of your Submissions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site) and the possibility of the publicity and promotion from our use or display of your Submissions. 1. Customer Portal Requirements : By becoming a Infinity Trading Hub Customer, and joining the Customer Portal, you agree to the following: a. You commit to the Infinity Trading Hub terms and conditions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site); b. You must reside in a country that Infinity Trading Hub has officially announced is open for business; c. Infinity Trading Hub reserves the right to deny any Customer account at its sole discretion, as well as to terminate a Customer account if the Customer is in violation with the terms of this agreement. 2. Infinity Trading Hub Customer C-Store Perks: By enrolling as a Infinity Trading Hub Customer, you are signing up for the Customer C-Store Perks. Signing up as a Customer is for free. A Customer will receive access to all products and services offered by Infinity Trading Hub through its C-Store at a discounted price. After your Enrollment of your account and your Customer Agreement have been accepted by Infinity Trading Hub, you will receive the following perks of the Customer Portal, as long as you are a Customer: • Exclusive access to all the products and services available on the C-Store • Customer DISCOUNT on all Infinity Trading Hub products • Option to upgrade to become a Infinity Trading Hub Member NOTE: All products and services may not be available in your country of residence. 3. Cancellation of Customer Account and C-Store Perks : As a Customer, you have the option of cancelling your Customer account at any time. a. You can cancel without paying a Cancellation Fee. b. You can upgrade to a Infinity Trading Hub Member at any time in your Customer account page, by contacting the person who enrolled you, or contact Infinity Trading Hub Customer Service through your back office.

4. Change of Sponsor : Infinity Trading Hub is a direct sales company that markets its products through its Third-Party Providers (“Vendors” or “Third Party Providers”). As a Customer, you must “sign up with” an Affiliate Member upon joining the Customer Portal. If you do not have one upon sign up, one will be assigned to you. The transfer of a Infinity Trading Hub Customer from one Sponsor to another is not permitted except when a mistake is made in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the Infinity Trading Hub online registration. Errors must be reported during the first seven (7) days immediately following the date that the Customer first joins Infinity Trading Hub. Sponsor changes are not permitted after the eighth (8) day. All Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor affected by the requested change. In order to request a Sponsor change, a Customer must complete a Sponsor Change Request Form and email it to the Company’s Compliance Department at: compliance@Infinity Trading Hub.com. 5. Return and Refund Process : - All Return and refund issues is handled through the third-party vendor and not by Infinity Trading Hub. 6. Governing Law: The laws of Dubai shall govern all matters relating to or arising from this Agreement and your enrollment in Infinity Trading Hub’s Customer Portal. 7. Agreement Changes : Infinity Trading Hub reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered by third-party vendors in the C-Store at any time without notice except it will not change the prices of any order for which it has charged your credit card. Infinity Trading Hub reserves the right to amend this Agreement in its sole and absolute discretion. By agreeing to this CUSTOMER AGREEMENt, and joining Infinity Trading Hub as a Customer, you agree to abide by the most current version of this Agreement as it is amended by Infinity Trading Hub from time to time. “Amendments” to this Agreement shall be effective after Infinity Trading Hub publishes its revised Agreement, but Amendments shall not apply retroactively prior to the effective date of the Amendment. These Customer Terms Conditions will be translated into different languages. In case of any discrepancies between this English version and the translated versions, the English version of the Customer Terms Conditions shall prevail
